Relax and live at the heart of the village with your friends or family in a wide 115 sqm (1250 squared feet) apartment where up to 6 persons may experience the glamour of a French Liberty style house with 2 bathrooms and showers, a unique living area with a considerable height of 6.5 meters. Natural light comes into the house from huge windows placed on three different sides.
A separate kitchen with 6/8 places dining table ensures a great food experience with your friends.
2 bedrooms (one with a private bathroom and shower) and a double sofa bed will allow privacy and intimacy for 2 to 6 people.

Le Maree - Built of stone.
Whispering stories about the Old Castle
Le Maree were built of stones at the beginning of the XXth century along the Old Castle wall line.
The Castle, made from the very moment when the Tabarchan and Ligurian settlers set foot on the island, early March 1738, resulting in a fortified citadel consisting of a curtain wall and six ramparts protecting the town, according to a layout in vogue at the time.
The house has thick stone walls to ensure privacy and a fair temperature 365 days a year. Part of the ancient walls are still visible within the house.
Restoring with style
More than a year has passed since we started restoring both apartments. A huge work executed with passion to ensure a new roof (collapsed in 2013) and wide spaces for a perfct holiday in one of West Sardinia most famous villages: Carloforte

A unique place of melted cultures at the heart of West Mediterranean Sea. A village built in late 1700, where fishermen and boat builder still live and tell great stories about working on the sea. A well known gourmet spot to enjoy tasty food and drinks all day and night.
Enjoy carloforte by the sea, almost everyday you may explore a different beach or spot with the traditional "gozzo" boats or a powerful rib.
Carloforte is renowned as "The Island within the Island" being so close to Sardinia to be easily reached in 30 minutes by ferry.
